3rd Quest: White Dragon (Ruby, the armorer)

Task

It appears the iridescent dragon scale does not hold enough power to ward
off the different types of dragon breath attacks. I need to stop the bitter
cold of frost dragons. Find me a white dragon and bring back its head so I may
remove some of the scales. I have heard that one resides in a lair along a
mountain trail around the village of Galoe.
