1st Quest: Dragon Scale (Ruby, the armorer)

Task

Item is an iridescent dragon scale.

In the mountains north of Samsera, a great battle once raged, known as the
DragonWar. The reason for the battle has long since been forgotten. However,
the scars it left on the land have not. Those that have traveled through the
mountain range have told me they've actually seen huge dragon scales half
buried in the rock and dirt. Scour the area until you find such a marvel and
bring it back to me.
